Wayne Davis
Wayne Davis has been both a negotiation practitioner and advisor throughout his professional career. Currently, in addition to serving as a Senior Professional with CMI Concord Group, he is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for US Functional Foods LLC, a start-up food company in the Northeast for which he negotiates with investors, business partners and suppliers. Until the launch of his new business, Mr. Davis served as Chief Ethics Officer for FMR Corp., the parent company of Fidelity Investments, and as Chief Compliance Officer for Fidelity Brokerage Company. He also directed the contracting and vendor relations with Wall Street research and trading firms, in support of Fidelity's money management operations. Previously, Mr. Davis was a Director and co-owner at Conflict Management, Inc, where he provided negotiation advice to a range of public and private clients, such as IBM, Eli Lilly, the United Nations Development Program, and the Veteran's Health Administration. For many years, Mr. Davis was Associate Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project, a member of the Faculty Seminar at Harvard's Program on Negotiation, and taught negotiation at Harvard Law School. He has been a Visiting Professor at the Graduate School of Business, Boston University. Mr. Davis is a graduate of Williams College and Harvard Law School. He has also served as Clerk to the Hon. Ruth Abrams, Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
